Dogzilla Studio played a major role in the recent adaptation of the Emmy Nominee “O Menino Maluquinho” (The Nutty Boy), one of Brazil’s most important comic and children’s book characters created by Ziraldo in 1980. The beloved children’s book was adapted into an animated series on Netflix in 2022, with executive production by Chatrone LA. The adaptation aimed to capture the essence of Ziraldo’s original drawing style while bringing it into a more modern aesthetic, with all art and art direction of the series being expertly handled by Dogzilla Studio.
